The 4 reasons for all procrastination

Over the last few years, our Think Right Now! behavior modification programs have been responsible for creating some of the most remarkable, radical changes in our clients.... changes so astounding that, in my opinion, Think Right Now research is at or near the center of the personal development universe. I've studied personal growth on many levels for over 20 years and I've never even heard of the kind of inner emotional and outer habit changes that our programs are helping people create every day.

But whether you are talking about an individual or an organization and no matter what your goal is, potential is only reached by intelligent planning and total commitment.

All big goals require planning and continual tweaking of the plan.

No matter what big goal I have, I try to keep in mind a story I heard many years ago about a man that most westerners have never even heard of. I've studied his teachings in recent years, but here is the very first story I ever heard about him.

A financial reporter was interviewing the 80-year-old founder of Matsushita Electric Company, Konosuke Matsushita.

At the time of his death in 1989 at the age of 94, his personal fortune was over $3 billion and his company had revenues of over $42 billion. No doubt, you have heard of a couple of his company's brands - Panasonic, Technics, Sanyo. Thought so.

The Japanese press called him the 'God of Management.' He pioneered the concept of lifetime employment and throughout his life, gave away hundreds ofmillions of dollars to charitable causes.

During the interview, the reporter asked Matsushita how far in the future he planned his business ventures. He told the reporter that they plan 200 years into the future. He said they did their best to imagine what the world may look like then and what the needs of humans would be and they planned real strategies based on those projections. His strategy wasn't to react to competition; it was to be the leader.

Now obviously, without a crystal ball, no one could clearly know what the world would be like in 200 years, but if you put enough thought into it, and you use it as a compass to guide an organization, you stand a much greater chance of success than if you only plan for the next quarter or for a year or two... like far too many companies (and people) do.

That is what we do CONSTANTLY at Think Right Now, International.

We are constantly trying to improve on all our processes in every department. And I'll tell you, when an organization grows as fast as we are, the only thing you can count on is change. So planning is essential. I regularly try to imagine what people will need in 200 years. It's wicked fun.

Some process improvements take just single conversations where others can take many months to notice the improvement.

It's the same in every area of life, isn't it?

Health, career, financial, social, family, education... you name it, planning ahead is critical.

Some improvements are easy, others take more time & effort.

That is why people and organizations put tasks off.

If it doesn't give instant pleasure, the vast majority of people will put it off... and suffer the consequences. It's human nature.

Only Four Reasons For All Procrastination

CPA Marketing Is A Copy And Paste System

CPA marketing and other forms of affiliate marketing can have a tough learning curve, but there is one method of promoting offers that is about as close as you can come to “copy and paste.”

Sound too good to be true? It almost is, but it’s completely legitimate, and experienced marketers have been making fortunes with it for years. What is this mystery technique? Media buys.

The term “media buys” is far from new. For many years, it has been used to describe the process of purchasing advertising in traditional print magazines and newspapers, or on radio and television. Although these are still perfectly viable advertising mediums, the Internet is the new hot commodity in the advertising market, and holds opportunities for marketers without the deep pockets needed to advertise elsewhere.

Essentially, “media buys” involve buying banner advertising space on websites, with the cost depending on the website’s prominence and traffic, the size of the advertising campaign, the times at which the banners are to be displayed, and other criteria. Payment for these ad campaigns is usually calculated on the basis of “CPM” (cost per thousand impressions), meaning that unlike PPC, where you are paying each time your ad is clicked, you are paying a set rate whenever a visitor sees your ad. Depending on the ad rates, you could end up getting very cheap clicks.

Traditionally, advertisers have had to pay advertising agencies to design advertising campaigns for them. However, many companies with affiliate programs are now providing their affiliates with pre-made banner ads in various different standard sizes for free, either directly or through an affiliate network.

As the affiliate, this means that all you have to do do get started promoting affiliate and CPA offers with banners is literally cut and paste a snippet of code. Cut, paste, and you’re done – no need to wrack your brain to come up with ad copy, spend hours in Photoshop or write any code. It has all been done for you.
