How to Become a Manifesting Master and Be Truly Liberated!
Manifesting an amazing life that is rich with loving abundant experiences comes only through being connected to the God Source. When you are relaxed, centered in your bodymind and detached from having to manifest your desires so that you can become momentarily "happy", you can easily connect to this infinite loving power within. Being connected to the God Source is what allows everyone to know they are on the right path, and desires can manifest or not, and they are still happy. Whenever you are attached to a certain outcome to "bring you happiness" you are coming from a fearful needy place and ultimately feeling disconnected to the God Source. When you are coming from the God Source, you are feeling at peace, empowered and grateful for life just as it is, and the Universe simply tends to hand over every need and desire to you. "In order to acquire anything in the physical universe, you have to relinquish your attachment to it. This doesn’t mean you give up your intention to create your desire...and you don’t give up the desire. You give up your attachment to the result.” Attachment is the number one cause of suffering in the world. Whenever you are attached to a thought, a person, an outcome (or anything for that matter) suffering will soon follow. Just watch your body and what happens to it when you get attached to something. Anytime you are attached to something, you get tense and contracted inside. This is called expectation mode. Your whole body becomes stressed out because it starts to fear that things won’t work out the way you want them to work out, so that you can be happy! Happiness does not depend on the outer world, its an inner state of being connected to our God Source. “Attachment leads to suffering.” ~ Buddha Attachment always hinders your ability to manifest. You become so contracted that you lower your vibration. When you are vibrating at a lower level where you feel pain, you tend to attract more painful circumstances. To transcend any pain and attachment, simply look inside at what part of "me" is attached. Ask yourself, “Who is attached?” What part of "me" is attached to having XYZ happen in order for me to be happy? It is your mind that is attached, not you. Attachment is a form of poverty consciousness which stems from a deeper disconnection to the God Source. It's the ego's way of trying to make you feel secure if the God Source is not here. The joke is that the God Source is always right here, right now, and when you become free from attachment, there is freedom to manifest the life you desire. "By choosing your thoughts, and by selecting which emotional currents you will release and which you will reinforce, you determine the quality of your Light. You determine the effects that you will have upon others, and the nature of the experiences of your life." ~ Gary Zukav Manifesting your desired outcomes (money, car, house, great relationship, fit body etc) occurs effortlessly when we are feeling this connection to the God Source and have let go of limiting feelings and beliefs that arise. These limiting thoughts and feelings are called "attachments", and being over attached to them will cause major suffering. Once you truly detached from all future outcomes, you will never become upset, irritable, and unhappy with the world. Now it's very important to remember that being detached does not mean being disconnected or not caring about your future. This is a very fine thin line to walk, and learning to dance along it makes you a manifesting master! It's all about FEELING connected to the Infinite Source (who you truly are) and from that loving place you don't need to be attached to any outcome to be happy. Everything manifests effort lessly from this place. "Healing is awakening to the perfection that already is ours." The invitation here is for you to recognize your attachments throughout your day and let them go. How do you recognize them? Attachment is present every time your body feels tense, stressed, out of sorts, and grumpy. Every time you feel like you are swimming against the current or trying to force something to happen, you are caught up in an attachment. Whenever you can feel these low vibrational feelings, just ask yourself this question, “What outcome am I attached to?” It's as simple as that! If you don't know, look at what is causing you the most pain in your life? Behind every pain, an attachment is lurking. Beware of attachments, yet more importantly be aware of them! You may find there are MANY attachments running your entire life. The good news is that the more you are aware of these attachments, the easier it is to step back from them and not buy into their story. Freedom from attachments means you'll have TONS of extra energy and focus to consciously manifest your desires. "You are given the gifts of the gods, you create your reality according to you beliefs. Yours is the creative energy that makes your world. There are no limitations to the self except those you believe in." ~ Seth This is your day to start saying good-bye to everything limiting belief that you are attached to and choose to be happy today! Reconnect today with the core of your being that is connected to infinite presence, and is free from all attachments. We live in a world in which we often look at each other for inspiration and tend to follow the general consensus in many ways. Even our Vision Board may have things on it that consciously or subconsciously are inspired by our partner, children or by social norms. However, if you truly wish to create the life that you love and dream about it is crucial to define YOUR unique goals and dreams. These are totally personal and your visualization therefore needs to be as specific as your fingerprint!
Make sure to avoid being influenced by anyone telling you what you should be dreaming about, or what car or partner you should desire.
Stay away from dream stealers and nurture your OWN goals and dreams, whatever they may be. Whatever you visualize with intent and strong desire, will manifest in your life!
So on your Vision Board, make sure to only visualize the dreams that are important to YOU. Dreams that make YOU feel totally excited and tingly warm just thinking about achieving them, as that is what will attract them into your life!

Think Right Now! Series: How to Stay Motivated So You Never Quit
I just spoke to a client, Brian, who asked me, "Is doing what feels good always bad? Because it seems so." I asked him why he said that and he responded, "Whenever I do what feels good, it always ends up very bad for me. With more prodding, he opened up. He said he was getting a divorce, his kids didn't like him much either, his job attendance and performance was shaky and he just might lose his employment. Further, he'd always done average to poor in school, opting to get stoned and drunk instead of studying. In fact, he said that when faced with a choice to do something that had great long-term bennies for him (health, relationships, career, finances, etc), he always seemed to choose what felt best and most fun in the moment. So he always ate the tastiest, sugariest, creamiest food available, he cheated on his wife, he played when work had to be done, he ignored his kids and their needs, he'd kick back with his buddies and a beer or six instead of doing any kind of physical labor or making time for exercise. What I told him was that he needed simply to place different "meanings" on the activities and choices that gave him those long-term benefits he mentioned. Like taking a course toward getting his degree... Instead of seeing it as drudgery, and just as something that kept him from doing what was fun, I told him to write down all the benefits he'd receive from taking one class and another, then another. And how he'd feel emotionally about that... How would he feel about himself. Same thing with his health, since he always, always opts for the "tastiest" of what he percieves as his only food options. So you can imagine the size of his pants. He was to write down all the things he'd get and how they would make him feel. We did this for a while in each area of his life. And after a few minutes, he started to get the gist of why he was doing this. He said, "If I got all these benefits from making different choices and doing all these things, I'd love it. My life would be completely different than it is now." Would you make those choices more often? "Absolutely." So why didn't you do it before? "I guess I never paid attention to the consequences and the 'What's In It For Me.' I guess I even tried to avoid thinking of them." Bingo! See, the problem was (and most people suffer from this), the words he used to describe all the decisions and actions that were best for him in the long run were these: Boring, tasteless, hard, difficult, impossible, yuk, can't do it, disgusting, takes too long, wouldn't work, dreadful, horrible, I'm not a genius, blah, blah, blah. What he needed to do - and the job is far from over - was learn how to have rip roaring fun doing the right thing. So he needed to "associate" fun, pleasure and enjoyment to the "supportive" decisions and actions, while at the same time "associating" pain (or at least displeasure) to the people, places, things, decisions and actions that are "unsupportive" of him having a good life 360 degrees around. Yes, there is more to having a great, rewarding, abundance- filled life, but this is something that most people: 1) Never do, and 2) If they do, they never think about it again... ...opting for the instantaneous, "feel good now" decisions. The important thing to remember, if you want to make choices that support you in all areas of your life is to know what each choice does... Because everything we do has either good or bad consequences. True, some decisions don't have big consequences in either direction, but the thing to remember is this... ...When you are practiced at making the right choices when they are small, you won't have any trouble making them when it really counts... when they have gigantic consequences. People call this character and integrity. It makes hard choices feel easy. It makes difficult tasks feel fun. It makes staying motivated a snap. And that is what this is really about, keeping your motivation... Because that is what my client asked about first... he wanted to know how to stay motivated. Because he couldn't skick with anything, always getting disctracted by pretty colors, fancy tastes, flirtatious women, fun around every corner... the "life is too short to work so hard" mentality. Forgetting completely that life is painfully long when you can't do what you must do when you must do it. Trust from others and even self-trust goes way down and problems from every direction blind-side you almost daily, because "poor choices are never to blame. It's always outside forces that cause the problems." Bottom line? Do what you know is right at all times and you won't be able to help it... your life will be a masterpiece. The Law of Attraction will tip in your favor, and great things will just seem to happen to you and around you constantly. The Real Way to Stop Eating Fast Food “How could you eat that junk? It’s so bad for you!” (nag, nag). “Don’t you know those fries will give you a heart attack?” (nag, nag). “You have to stop eating all that fast food, it’s going to make you fat!” (nag nag). “You have to eat more healthy food like fruits and vegetables - they’re good for you!” (nag, nag). Your friends nag you, your family nags you, your doctor nags you, the health newsletters, websites and magazines - they all nag you, and of course, your personal trainer nags the heck out of you, to stop eating all those BAD FAST FOODS. But does all that nagging you and bad-mouthing the fast food industry really help anyone stop? It doesn’t look that way. The fast food industry is thriving, even in the bad economy. The Chicago Tribune recently said that McDonalds is “recession proof.” As one of only two companies to turn a major profit over the last year (the other being Wal Mart), McDonald’s is laughing its way to the bank. In fact, McDonalds plans to open 1,000 new stores this year. I was driving down Route 95 a few weeks ago and pulled over to use the rest room at Mcdonalds on a Saturday morning (there’s a McDonalds conveniently located immediately off almost every exit up and down the full length of Interstate 95). The parking lot was full, it was standing-room only inside and the lines snaked around into the seating area! You’d think Brad and Angelina were there signing autographs or something. Nope. Just a regular weekend at breakfast-time. I was shopping in Wal Mart the same week and I almost passed out when I saw (smelled, actually) a McDonalds… INSIDE THE WAL- MART! Also, with lines. Yep. It looks like your friends and family’s nagging you to stop eating fast food, and all the messages of the health and fitness industry to get people eating more “health food” are not working! So what does work? The results of a new survey from the behavior and psychology section of the journal, OBESITY (Feb 2009) provide some answers: Researchers at the University of Minnesota School of Public health surveyed 530 adults about their attitudes towards fast foods. They found that people already know fast food is unhealthy. (like, no kidding!) The primary reasons they eat it anyway are because of the perceived convenience and a dislike for cooking! (I’d add another: they think fast food is always cheaper than healthy food). So, said the authors of this research paper, nagging people to eat more healthy food and warning them that “fast food is going to make us fat and kill us” is not the best approach. What’s the right approach? Focus on teaching people how to make healthy eating fast, convenient and easy, because those are the reasons people are choosing fast food in the first place. So what’s holding us back from implementing or taking this advice? Well, I think that most people can’t get over the ideas that they “just cant cook” or that cooking is “too time consuming” or that healthy food “tastes like dirt” (as if McDonalds is gourmet food!) That said, I’m not going to nag you, scold you or try to scare you out of eating fast food. I’m not going to lecture you about health food (not today, anyway). Nor am I going to bad-mouth the fast food restaurants. I’m going to lead the new charge by showing you just how easy and convenient it is to eat healthy and nutritious food and make it delicous. Here’s a few meal ideas (for starters) to prove my point. 3-MINUTE APPLE CINNAMON OATMEAL * natural oatmeal (like Quaker old fashioned rolled oats)
I eat this almost every morning. It’s faster, easier and cheaper than going to the donut place or getting sausage, cheese, bacon breakfast muffins at the fast food joint! (you don’t have to wait in line, either!) 10-MINUTE LAZY PERSON’S CHINESE STIR FRY * Brown rice (I like basmati)
This takes 30 minutes, however, if you get a rice cooker and make a giant batch, you can have your rice on standby for instant eats and this will take less than 10 minutes. It doesn’t get much easier than that. (I like those chinese veggies that come with the little mini-corn-on-the-cobs… reminds me of that Tom Hanks Movie, BIG) 2-MINUTE BLACK BEANS AND SPICY SALSA * black beans (15 oz can) This one takes you all of 2 minutes to make. No cooking required! And it’s good! It’s vegetarian as listed above, but if you’re a high-protein muscle-head like me, just add chicken breast or lean ground turkey. Best part: this is all inexpensive food! Oats, rice, beans… doesn’t get much cheaper than that - buy your healthy staples in bulk and the cost per serving is probably less than mickey D’s! (yes, even the “Value” meals) Every one of these recipes is compatible with my Burn The Fat program
