How To Influence People With Your Mind

It has long been suspected that your right cerebral hemisphere, when in the alpha state, operates in a realm where time and space are of no consequence. What you think affects others...... and what others think affects you!

It is rather like the invisible connection between the earth's magnetic field and every magnetic compass on earth. They are interconnected. If the earth's magnetic field were to suddenly shift then every compass in existence would swing in unison. Likewise, if you suddenly move a magnetic compass, or any magnet for that matter, this movement will have a slight effect on the earth's entire magnetic field. Admittedly this would be so small as to be immeasurable but it would still be there.

Similarly, when you have a thought it “twitches” the entire human consciousness "thought field".

Rupert Sheldrake calls this the Morphogenetic Field. Karl Jung called it Collective Unconsciousness.

Jose Silva found a practical method of evoking and controlling this marvelous human ability at will.

School Is Always In

I just got off the phone with a friend of mine. He's had a very long and successful, distinguished career in producing award-winning television shows. In his career, the only thing you can count on is that you can't count on anything. Constant change is a way of life in the TV business.

At one point, our conversation turned to our high school and college days where, if you did what was asked of you, in just a few years your knowledge base would grow by 5-10% per month, basically because you know so little going in.

When you start ninth-grade, you are like an amoeba and "graduation" is not an ending... you are ready to begin your *real* life training. Because in college you find out that high school taught you "nothing" and that you are at the bottom again. And again, in college if you did what was asked of you, in four years you might have a set of skills that could provide the foundation for your whole professional career.

But probably not.

Because unlike studying medicine, law, architecture, engineering or accounting, what the average degreed person gets in college is not a set of professional skills. No, what people in college learn is how to study and prepare for tests. But there is very little training for the Herculean personal challenges you will face the rest of your life.

So there are two big "sadly's" here...

"Sadly" #1: In all those years of school, they never teach you how to elevate your self image, increase motivation, produce confident emotions on command, find the most valuable lessons in every failure, whistle while you work, truly appreciate what you get from your efforts... and a whole host of other core mental patterns that naturally produce success in every area of life.

"Sadly" #2: By the time most (almost everyone) people hit 40, the learning has stopped dead... and I don't mean career learning... I mean learning in general. Typically by the age of 30, most people just wake up horrified that they have to "do it again today", so they slog through their days, put in their eight hours with their eyes and mind only half open, learning no new skills or distinctions... and after work, flop in front of the tube surrounded by junk food, ready to be entertained until they nod off...

Now, I don't mean for this to sound like an indictment of the human race... I mean, if there WERE formal training in mental success habits starting in elementary school, we would all get closer to our enormous potential. The knowledge is available, our brains are more than up to the task... but our government- run schools aren't teaching it. And they never will.

If the 22 core mental patterns of success were taught to us as kids, we wouldn't need so many jails, there wouldn't be such jealousy, hatred, failure or frustration. People wouldn't lie, cheat and steal their way through their lives.

Hey, I WAS one of those people... and (Sadly #3) I was worse off than 99% of the sad-sacks today. My brain worked fine... I just didn't know how to control it.

If it were today, they'd offer me a pill.

But I did what I'm asking you to do now... learn how to use your brain. When you have a system and the tools, it works like magic.

You don't need any outside "agents" to make you happy. You don't.

You don't need pills to take your hunger away. You can do that without them.

You don't need a pill to take away fear. You can do that effortlessly with your own mind.

You don't need surgery to get thin. You can do that if you will happily embrace lifestyle changes.

You don't need someone watching over your shoulder, pushing you, to get you to do what you need to do.

All the changes and all the improvements you want in your life are within your power. It's all available to you if you condition your mind with the thoughts of the people who are the absolute best in the world at what you want to excel at.
