your unwanted reality?!

I realize I create my own reality, but why, WHY, and HOW, have I created THIS...

Q: I realize I create my own reality, but why, WHY, and HOW, have I created THIS... my purse was stolen, along with my SS card, driver's license, and credit cards. The thief closed my old accounts, AND OPENED NEW ONES... now huge bills have been charged in my name and my entire identity has been stolen... and its not over!!!! THIS IS SO OVERWHELMING, I CAN'T GET A HANDLE ON WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME!!

A: This answer will probably be a bit challenging for you to read, maybe even hurtful. But I know you can handle it.

Well, maybe there is no profound lesson to learn here... other than "we create our own realities". The things that have happened to you could not happen unless you believed in their potential... that someone could and would do such things to you. Some possible thoughts you MAY have held...

Some people are bad. People will take advantage of you if they have an opportunity. Victims are heroes. My identity is unimportant (this experience would teach you otherwise). I am vulnerable. Etc.

I fully realize you may harbor NONE of the above beliefs, only you can really know the thoughts that lie beneath the events that have transpired.

What good could come from this... weeding out any limiting beliefs that could have caused this, or future greater disruptions to your life. In this light, what has happened was a gift that prompted some self exploration... use it, don't curse it.

Bless the culprit, but press charges if you can (for their own good), and bless yourself, for creating this experience. Don't resist it, learn from it - this will end the spiral. Also, affirm people's goodness, bless everyone, see their good, love everyone, trust to the maximum of your ability, give thanks for the open mind you have that wrote to me as you did (and in particular, for what you wrote - you took responsibility, very rare). And finally, don't worry! You are divine, eternal, protected, and loved... just know it and give thanks.

2 Weeks Later: OK! Got it! It was very difficult to write to you and also very difficult to accept responsibility for creating this situation. I feel in writing those words, I truly moved beyond thinking I created it, into total acceptance of that creation. Perhaps, this is just a little test to make sure I got this lesson, because this was a tough pill to swallow. And in that acceptance, it feels as though the spiral has stopped spinning.

*I am vulnerable.

These two statements reached out to me. And they are both an issue of "TRUST". Trust in humankind, my own ability to take care of myself and trust in God. TRUST IS A BIG ISSUE FOR ME. Seems I have created a test for my issue!
