How do I visualize just once a day,

Q: I'm so excited! Where do I begin? How do I visualize just once a day, when there is so much I want? Can I braid it all together into a nice visualization?

A: There are no rules! Do anything that feels good. I just recommend doing it once a day because if you do it more often, you may become too anxious over the future you are dreaming of, perhaps eventually being discouraged. I can also tell you, from experience, that once a day is all that's necessary - so why do it more when there is so much you already have, and so much you already are, that can be enjoyed in the present.

Braiding is a good idea. Also, an excellent way to include everything, is to cut to the chase and simply visualize the ultimate emotion you're after - happiness. Feel the joy. Hear yourself excitedly talking and laughing with friends. It's not necessary that you include or worry about every specific detail in your life that will make you happy - these are "how's", anyway. Let the Universe deal with the how's. It knows what will make you happy - even better than you know. Let it throw some surprises your way. Emotion, after all, is what supercharges any of your thoughts and accelerates the manifestation of your dreams, so if, when you visualize, you primarily practice FEELING what you really want to feel, then not only will you draw experiences that will match those feelings into your life, but you will achieve it all so much faster!!
