If you're not aware, a lucid dream is a dream that you consciously control. That is, you're AWARE you're in the dream and can do anything you want to. Most people have had at least one lucid dream at some point in their lives, others simply read the stories and wonder what it's like.

Personally, I'm a prolific lucid dreamer... and can tell you that it's one of the most amazing experiences in the world.

Everything seems totally REAL. You speak, you touch, you have emotions... just like you would in real life. Except you can control everything.

I've personally used lucid dreaming for all of these things... but at first, it was incredibly DIFFICULT. I tried meditating... I tried mantra chanting... I tried herbs... I tried the NovaDreamer and the audio add-on... I tried CDs... I tried everything. So did a number of my friends. No matter how hard we tried, we simply couldn't find a simple, consistent way to experience lucid dreams on a CONSISTENT BASIS.

I was determined to find a way to break through the lucid dreaming barrier. AND I DID!
